|We are happy to announce the prize winners of the 5th pre-art competition for composition.
1st award: Emre Sihan Kaleli (Turkey)
2nd award: Farrukh Akramov (Usbekistan)
3rd award was not attributed

The competition was open to composers from the following countries: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kirgistan, Kosova, Macedonia, Moldavia, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia, Tajikistan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan. Anyone under 30 could participate.
We called for a quartet composition written for the following instruments: flute (also piccolo/alto flute), oboe (also cor anglais/bass oboe), saxophone (soprano, alto, tenor or bass) and cello.
